As the founder and pioneer of a large chain of car main dealerships, I gained extensive expertise in building and scaling businesses to achieve sustainable growth. Over the past 15 years, I have successfully transitioned into aviation, specializing in the development and management of helicopter operations. My ventures in property development and construction have further expanded my portfolio, showcasing a commitment to excellence and a strategic vision that delivers results. Drawing on a wealth of international experience, I thrive on turning challenges into opportunities and forging pathways for success. As the Chief Pilot, I am proud to be part of a dynamic company with an exciting future. My extensive aviation experience spans military, police, and commercial flying, providing a diverse and solid foundation.
Previous roles as Senior Pilot, Safety Manager, and Line Training Captain have honed my ability to ensure operational safety, deliver exceptional customer service, and foster continuous improvement within the aviation industry.

Hossein Seylani
Aircraft Engineering Manager
With over 45 years of experience in Aircraft Engineering, Hossein Seylani has held key leadership positions such as Chief Engineer, Engineering Manager, Engineering Director, and Continuing Airworthiness Manager. He has a proven track record of ensuring compliance, safety, and operational excellence in aviation maintenance and airworthiness management.
Certifications:
- CAA Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (since December 1982)
- FAA A&P Engineer with Inspection Authorization (IA) Certification Privileges (since August 1992)

Malcolm Eustice
Quality Manager
Malcolm has been a licensed aircraft engineer for 25 years and has extensive worldwide engineering management experience.
For 14 years, he served as the UK Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) Lead Auditor, responsible for regulating Part 145, Part M, and Part 21 certification across multiple aircraft types.
Additionally, for 7 years, he was the UK CAA technical lead for the Airbus A330/A340 MRB.
Over the past decade, Malcolm has built a strong reputation as an independent trainer, airworthiness ARC signatory, SMS and airworthiness consultant. He has also held roles as Director of Quality for a Part 145 MRO and is a current UK CAA and EASA Form 4 holder.

Giles Hockin
Giles is an experienced management system consultant working as a lead auditor under aviation regulations and ISO9001 standards, with organisations to implement and evolve, or strengthen management systems, including compliance monitoring.
Having worked within the aviation environment for nearly 40 years across numerous disciplines, for the last 20 years he has worked for the UK Civil Aviation Authority as an inspecting officer overseeing UK AOC holders, before establishing his own business supporting over a dozen businesses since late 2014, including Compliance Monitoring Manager positions.

Ian Boots
Ian is responsible for implementing compliance including KYC (”Know your customer”) and AML (“Anti-money laundering”) across our UK clients. He works closely with our management teams, intermediaries, advisors, and customers to structure creative finance solutions and deliver great customer service.
Ian has been working in the finance industry at director level for four years with a strong compliance, underwriting and ‘KYC/AML’ focus. He has a keen interest in customer experience encompassing both sales and relations and strives to improve the services that the company has to offer.
He holds a BA (Hons) Degree in Business Management from the University of Suffolk and membership accreditations from The Chartered Management Institute, The Institute of Management & Leadership and is a Fellow of The Institute of Administration.

Michelle is a highly professional and innovative individual who has over 30 years’ experience in all areas of administration, and as a senior client manager in business development within the finance and recruitment industry for over six years. She is passionate and enthusiastic with exceptional organisational skills, enjoys working closely with clients and building good relationships.
